BATON ROUGE, LA (WVLA) - The Administrator of NOAA - a key decision maker in the Crisis on the Coast - made a stop at LSU Wednesday.
Dr. Jane Lubchenco toured labs at the School of Coast and Environment. NBC33 was the only TV station invited to join in on the tour.
Lubchenco says the school played a big part in the days after the Crisis on the Coast started. She wanted to say thank you - and learn a little bit more about how the school came up with answers to the tough questions in the days after the spill.
Lubchenco tells NBC33 the full effects of the Crisis of the Coast won't be known for decades - and she'll keep relying on LSU for answers.
