William Bouvay will likely spend 28 years in prison for calling a false bomb threat to LSU last year.
Bouvay pleaded guilty to one count of communicating false information of a planned bombing on school property.
UPDATE: Officials say Demond Baker, 33, turned himself in to authorities. He was booked with Second-Degree Murder, and two additional counts of Contempt of Court. His bond was set at $250,000.
