VIVIAN, LA — A Vivian man has been arrested for aggravated incest following an investigation by the Caddo Sheriff’s Office.

Billy Carl Gibson, 36, was taken into custod Friday and booked into the Caddo Correctional Center. His bond is set at $150,000.

Gibson was arrested after he admitted to authorities that he had sexually molested a family member under the age of 18.
