UPDATE: Lawyer arrested after smuggling marijuana into jail

Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — THIS IS AN NBC33 NEWS UPDATE: The man accused of killing two at a Baton Rouge construction site is back in court.
Richard Matthews is charged with killing Diana Toullier and someone else at Grady Crawford Construction.
Matthews is in court because his lawyer, Nelville Hollingsworth, is in legal trouble himself. He was arrested last month and charged with trying to sneak drugs into Angola.
ORIGINAL STORY (2/27/12): A Baton Rouge public defender was arrested he brought marijuana into Angola prison.
Nelville Hollingsworth won't be doing any defense work while the case is being investigated.
He attempted to smuggle a little more than five grams of marijuana into the prison.
Angola Warden Burl Cain said Hollingsworth was at the prison visiting one of his clients.
Hollingsworth was arrested and placed in the West Feliciana Parish Jail. He bonded out last night.
