NEW ORLEANS, LA — New Orleans Police are investigating the fatal shooting of an unidentified Vietnamese woman. The incident occurred Thursday morning, shortly before 6:00 a.m., in the 14400 block of Peltier Drive.

The victim was located lying in the breezeway suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body.

Currently, investigators are in the process of gathering evidence and information to identify the person(s) involved in this incident, as well as a motive.
