Two teens, one juvenile arrested for vehicle burglary

Three Crowley teens have been arrested in connection with a stolen vehicle which occurred during the early morning hours of August 5.

“We received a call from the victim stating that his vehicle was missing from his driveway. As our officers were filing the report with the victim, we received information that the vehicle was near the area of Duson Park” stated Chief KP Gibson.

Officers then located the vehicle which was traveling in the area. The suspects then led officers on a pursuit, which ended near the Highway 90 bridge between Crowley and Rayne.

Gregory K. Winbush, Jr., 17, was charged with Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Aggravated Flight, Resisting Arrest and PWITD Marijuana.

Rondell Ledet, 17, was charged with Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Resisting Arrest and Resisting by Failure to Identify.

A sixteen-year-old juvenile was also charged with Theft of a Motor Vehicle and Resisting by Flight.
