Two suspects identified for shooting at Roy’s Bar near Hammond

HAMMOND, LA (NBC33) — Two suspects have been identified in a shooting that happened a week ago at a bar in Natalbany.
The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking Marvin D. Dokes of Oak Street in Hammond and Melvin G. Jackson of Williams Road in Ponchatoula for the shooting incident.
On Friday, May 11, a 46 year old male was shot at Roy’s Bar in Natalbany.
Both suspects are wanted for Attempted Second-Degree Murder. Jackson is also wanted for Armed Robbery.
Officials say both suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.
