This is an NBC33 News update: Baton Rouge Police Armed Robbery Detectives arrested two more men, Leslie Harris III, 23, of Baton Rouge and Leroy Meldon, 19, also of Baton Rouge for a shooting and armed robbery that occurred on Sunday, Nov 7, 2010.

Both men were charged with one count of Attempted First Degree Murder and one count of Armed Robbery for the shooting of Charlie Cangelosi. At the time of their arrest both men were already incarcerated in the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on unrelated charges.

BATON ROUGE, La (NBC33) -- Three months after Good Samaritan Charlie Cangelosi was shot trying to fend off a robber from a woman in Tiger town, an arrest is made. Baton Rouge Police charged 21-year-old Jonathan Britt Murray of Baton Rouge with attempted first degree murder and armed robbery Thursday, Feb. 10.

Once Murray was a suspect, cops didn't have to look far for him. Murray was already in Parish Prison on an unrelated charge.

Cangelosi was shot November 7, 2010. Several vigils and events were held as he recovered. Many call the former LSU student a hero.
