Two men from Iberville Parish were arrested this weekend after they allegedly traveled to Tangipahoa Parish to engage in sexual activity with two underage females.

The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office reports that the incident happened on Sunday, Dec. 2. We’re told Wilbert Pryer, III, 22, of Plaquemine and Jesie Ussin, 22, of Gross Tete, contacted the teens online in a chat room. Officials say the men made arrangements to meet the girl’s when their parents were not home.

Pryer and Ussin allegedly parked their vehicle a short distance away from the home in Arcola. We’re told the girl’s parents were notified as soon as the males arrived at the residence. Deputies responded to the home at roughly 2:39 a.m.

Officials say the deputies entered the home and observed two males exiting the back bedrooms. They say the men were seen “pulling up their pants.” Both men were detained at the scene.

Investigators learned about the plans that were made online. Both Pryer and Ussin were arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass, Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile, and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. They were both booked into parish jail on bonds of $25,000.
