Two Livingston Parish men arrested for downloading child pornography

DENHAM SPRINGS, LA — Two Denham Springs men were arrested on Wednesday for downloading child pornography, announced the Louisiana Attorney General’s High Technology Crime Unit.
Morris L. Roubique, Jr., 49, was booked into the Livingston Parish Prison on five counts of pornography involving juveniles. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison on each count. In an unrelated incident,
Eddie Ward, Jr., 46, was also arrested and booked into the Livingston Parish Prison on a single count of pornography involving juveniles.
Both arrests resulted from a joint investigation involving the Attorney General’s High Technology Crime Unit, Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office, East Baton Rouge District Attorney’s Office, and Homeland Security Investigations.
