Two charged citations for wreck that shut down I-10

Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — Baton Rouge Police have told NBC33 News that two people have been issued citations in the wreck the caused part of I-10 to be closed for a day.
That accident happened just before 4:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning.
Police say Delmar Fernandez, 25, hit an 18-wheeler, flipping his 2001 Honda Civic.
The rig was carrying almost 9,000 gallons of iso-butane.
Fernandez was charged with careless operation.
Seconds later, a separate 18-wheeler rear-ended the rig carrying the chemical. The driver of that vehicle, a Mississippi man, was charged with following too closely.
