Two arrested with meth lab in vehicle

On March 5, deputies responded to Milton Road in reference to an Attempted Burglary in progress with shots fired.
Upon arrival, deputies were advised that Jessie Purvis Tetterington, 39, showed up at the Milton Road residence and began yelling, beating and kicking on the front door attempting to gain entry.
The homeowner then grabbed a 12-gauge shotgun opened the door and fired one shot at the suspect. The suspect then ran to his vehicle and fled the scene.
During the investigation, deputies canvased the area and located Tetterington traveling in a green Chevy Suburban. Deputies initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and found that the vehicle was occupied by Tetterington and a female passenger, 28-year-old Brandy Sharp.
During the investigation, deputies located pre-curser materials used in the manufacturing of methamphetamines. Upon further investigation, an active meth lab was located in the vehicle.
Additionally, deputies located jewelry, a digital camera and a computer which are suspected to be stolen property.
Tetteringoton was charged with Attempted Burglary and Operation and Creation of a Meth Lab.
Sharp was charged with Operation and Creation of a Meth Lab.
