St. Mary Parish, LA — A deputy was patrolling the Bayou Vista area, when he conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that failed to signal 100 feet from intersection.

Upon making contact with the driver, a strong odor of marijuana was observed coming from the vehicle.

During a search of the vehicle, marijuana was found on both the driver and passenger.  

Matthew J. Miller, 18, was charged with Possession and Distribution of Marijuana.

Deshaune Charles, 22, was chard with Possession of Marijuana.
