Two arrested for distribution of heroin, oxycodone

Approximately 8:00 p.m. on August 18, 2011, Narcotics Agents from the newly form Livingston Parish Inter Agency Task Force executed a search warrant at a home on Shelby Drive in Denham Springs, La. Their efforts led to the arrests of two men, the seizure of both Heroin and Oxycodone, the recovery of numerous stolen guns and flat screen TV’s, and the confiscation of $2000 cash.

Patrick Davis, 29, of Baton Rouge, was charged with one Count Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I CDS, one Count Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS one Count Possession of a Firearm in the Presence of a CDS, and one Count Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He is currently in the Livingston Parish Detention Center on a $150,500 bond.

 

 

 

Tramall Paul, 30, of Baton Rouge, La., was charged with one Count Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I CDS, one Count Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS, one Count Possession of a Firearm in the Presence of a CDS, and one Count Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He has bonded from the Livingston Parish Detention Center on a $50,000 property bond.

 

Several of the stolen weapons were released to their rightful owner. LPSO Detectives are currently attempting to match the TV sets to their owner. This is a continuing investigation and additional charges and arrests are possible.
