Tickfaw man charged with 59 counts of child pornography after online investigation

TICKFAW, LA — Louisiana State Police Region I Detectives working in conjunction with investigators from the Department of Justice arrested Renwick Walker, 42, of Tickfaw, LA following an investigation into suspected online child pornography.
Based on proactive investigative efforts, detectives obtained a search warrant for Walker’s Tickfaw residence where they located and seized evidence indicative of child pornography. Upon further examination, investigators discovered a total of 59 files of pornography involving juveniles on a computer and cell phone belonging to Walker.
Walker was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail on 59 counts of Possession of Pornography Involving Juveniles.
