Three Sulphur residents arrested on drug charges

SULPHUR, LA — A joint effort between the Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations and the Sulphur Police Department have put three behind bars on drug charges.
On March 18, officials located and arrested Alisha Johnson, 40, for narcotics distribution. A search of Johnson’s residence revealed that she was in possession of numerous drugs.
Johnson was charged with Possession With Intent to Distribute Schedule I, II, and III CDS. These drugs included marijuana, methamphetamine, LSD, morphine, Dlluid, and Narco. Johnson was also charged with Possession of Schedule III narcotics (Loricet and Xanex) as well as Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On March 19, Chelsey Gatte, 22, was arrested for Possession With Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS (methamphetamine). The arrest was the result of an investigation into narcotics distribution in the Sulphur area.
At the time of Gatte’s arrest, agents encountered Jessica Robinson, 32, also of Sulphur. Robinson was in possession of methamphetamine and was arrested for Possession of Schedule II Narcotics.
Both subjects were booked into the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center.
