Three Baldwin men lead police on a chase, arrested on drug charges

Agents with the St. Mary Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force were patrolling Martin Luther King Blvd. in Baldwin and pulled over a vehicle with a burnt tail light.

The vehicle quickly fled from the officers, leading them on a police chase. During the chase, the driver was seen throwing a bottle out of vehicle.

When they stopped the vehicle, officers detained the suspects, along with a 16-year-old juvenile. Upon searching, police found marijuana in the vehicle.

Renwic White, 20, was charged with Aggravated Flight from an Officer, Obstruction of Justice, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of CDSS in the Presence of a Juvenile, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile, Littering, No Driver’s License, No Insurance, Switched License Plate, NO Vehicle Inspection Sticker, Tail Lights Required and a warrant for Failure to comply with Drug Court.

Broderick Colbert, 23, was charged with Possession of Marijuana 2nd, Possession of CDS in the Presence of a Juvenile Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile and Open Container.

Brian Wilson, 21, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, Obstruction of Justice, Possession of CDS in the Presence of a Juvenile and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile.
