Ashton, I think it's childish that you have to blame someone else for your foolish mistakes. Brennon Pena was murdered over drugs and you're not helping by looking like a cold hearted human being. I pray they find whoever did this so that Pena's family will have justice.

Hello, this is Ashton, hou have false information about at least two of us on this website, which is illegal. NONE of us have been charged with anything of this. Innocent until proven guilty in the court of law. My brother, Chase, and I in fact don't even have a court date as hopefully our cases will be dismissed due to the fact that we werent even caught with anything on our persons, the pot was not mine nor my brothers. And the information on here that says Chase and I attempted to obtain schedule II, (oxycontin), is a complete lie by the police department probably just trying to have fun and ruin our future by putting us on the news saying we are pillhead drug dealers. Chase and I werent even near the scene of the sting op in which apparently pena sold the pot and accepted the fake oxycontin (ie. attempting to obtain..) offered by the undercover.. I would very much so appreciate it if you took down the lies in order to protect the futures of a couple kids that you don't know at all. By the way, a hate pills, won't even take tylenol, Chase didn't even smoke pot, and all I did was smoke my herb, peacefully.
Kind regards, Ashton
