Tempers high during 'Blighted Officials' trial

BATON ROUGE, La (NBC33) — tempers flaring on the second day of jury deliberation in the trial against ex- Saint Gabriel mayor George Grace.. One juror even feeling others on the jury were trying to intimidate her into changing her mind.
These disagreements causing jury deliberatino to be cut off at three thriery, two and a half hours early.
Earlier in the day three jurors telling the judge they each needed to talk to him personalyy. Judge Hicks telling them at that point to use the jury instructions as a guide on how to deal with the situation.
Then later a female jurors telling the judge, "I don't feel I should beyelled at or pressured to sway my decision." At that point the judge decided to end jury deliberation for the day.
The jurors also asking if they had to agree on all part of the bribery charge against grace to convict him on that count. The judge telling them no.
Jury deliberaion will continue tomorrow morning at nine.
The judge says they'll continue on Sunday if necessary.
