Technology used to arrest Baton Rouge man

BATON ROUGE, La (NBC33) -- A Baton Rouge man sits behind bars, charged with Indecent Behavior With a Juvenile and Computer-Aided Solicitaion of a Minor.

Rosvelt Franklin Toliver, 51, was taken into custody and booked without incident on Feb. 18. He was apprehended due to an undercover investigation which utilized both the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office and the Louisiana Attorney General’s High Technology Crime Unit.
Toliver faces up to10 years in prison if convicted.
