Hammond, La (NBC33) — The Criminal Investigations Department of the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide which occurred June 27.

Robert Kelly, 35, was found deceased inside his residence. This is the only information that will be released regarding this investigation at this time.
