BATON ROUGE, La (NBC33) — Baton Rouge Police have arrested the man they say killed a woman earlier this month on Polk street.

19 year old Carrington Jackson was picked up by BRPD and US Marshall's Thursday morning.

He's charged with both 1st degree and attempted 1st degree murder.

Jackson is the brother of Aramis Jackson. He's the man police say is behind the killing in Beaureagard Town.
