SHREVEPORT, LA — Authorities need your help in locating a man wanted for allegedly breaking into a house in southeast Shreveport earlier this week while the homeowner was inside asleep.
Detectives have obtained an arrest warrant charging Courvoisier Snow, 19, with one count of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling in connection with a residential break-in that occurred just after 8:30 p.m. back on April 17, 2012 at a home in the 9300 block of Braewood Circle. Snow’s bond is set at $25,000.
Investigators believe Snow and at least one other male accomplice entered the dwelling there on Braewood Circle through an unlocked window. The adult female homeowner, who was asleep at the time, was awakened by one of the burglars shining a flashlight at her. She screamed and the suspects apparently fled the scene of the crime, but not before stealing two flat screen television sets and a computer. Authorities developed Snow as a suspect in the case based on physical evidence recovered at the residence by responding officers.
Detectives are working at this hour to identify any other suspects involved in the burglary. Anyone who has any information regarding Courvoisier Snow or his whereabouts is urged to call Shreveport Police detectives at (318) 673-6985 or Shreveport-Caddo Parish Crime Stoppers at (318) 673-7373.
