BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — A car crashed into a house after the driver was shot multiple times.

The Baton Rouge Police Department reports that the incident happened at shortly before 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 2. When officers arrived on scene they found a white vehicle partially inside of the house on Oriole Street, with the driver of the vehicle still alive, but suffering from several gunshot wounds.

The 25-year-old male was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.

Detectives say they have no motive or suspects at this time.
