Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — EBR Sheriff's Deputies say it happened at 8:30 p.m. in the 9400 Block of Tracy Street.

They say when they arrived they found Fausto Ortiz-Herrera, 26, shot to death outside his home.

Witnesses say they saw three men trying to Rob Herrera as he was trying to escape.
