Sheriff seeking whereabouts of man accused of sexual assault of juvenile

Sheriff Sam Craft of the Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from the public in locating William “Billy” Reynolds, 64, of Leesville.

The Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the alleged sexual assault of a juvenile female.

Reynolds was last seen driving a 1999 Chrysler Cirrus, 4 door, black in color automobile bearing Louisiana License Plate VXG 524. Reynolds is described as being 5’10”, 195 pounds, gray to balding hair, with blue eyes.

Reynolds may be attempting to flee the state and could possibly be in route to New York State. Investigators believe that Reynolds has contacted or attempted to contact acquaintances within the State of Louisiana for assistance.
