BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — Donald Ray Dickerson, 41, will face an additional charge following his arrest for allegedly beating a father at a Baton Rouge gas station. However, it’s a charge unrelated to that investigation.
The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office has charged Dickerson with Failure to Notify of Change of Address. This is because he provided a different home address while being booked for Second-Degree Battery than what he has listed with the sex offender registry.
Dickerson was convicted of Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile on May 30, 1991.
Dickerson is accused of attacking a 36-year-old man on Sunday, May 12 at a gas station located off Plank and Scenic. The victim's wife and 14-year-old daughter were also attacked by two other individuals.
