Another person has been arrested in connection to a bar fight that involved two off-duty police officers.

The Baton Rouge Police Department has issued warrants for two more people involved in the fight. Mark Hinson, brother of the first suspect arrested James Hinson, is wanted for Second-Degree Battery. Matthew Cheramie, 25, was also wanted by police and he turned himself in on Wednesday, Aug. 14. He is also charged with Second-Degree Battery.

A police spokesperson explained that Cheramie allegedly punched a woman who was trying to help her fiancé, who is one of the two off-duty officers involved in the fight.

Although witnesses at The Office Nightclub believe the two officers involved in the fight should face charges as well, police say they did not commit any crimes.

"There's several videos out there that have been viewed throughout the course of the investigation and at this time there's no policies or laws that have been broken by these two off-duty officers," Cpl. Don Coppola, Baton Rouge Police Department, said.

He continued to explain that the video clearly shows one of their off-duty officers being helped to his feet after being knocked out.

Of course the witnesses say that -- all of the people who hang out at The Office are friends with the Hinsons.

Hinson is a guy who actually goes out looking for fights. He is an accomplished MMA fighter and he tries to pick fights with guys who don't know this so that he can beat them up and show what a "badass" he is. Even the slightest confrontation will provoke him to fight. Sadly there are a lot of similar guys who hang around The Office and have similar behavior -- Kent C., etc.

I agree, Todd. But by the looks of his bruises, he's no "accomplished" MMA fighter. He's a low-rent, parking lot brawler who got in WAY over his head. I'm sure he looks great sucker-punching unsuspecting men and assaulting innocent women.

.... I wonder how he'll do against his cute prison bunkmate?

way to highlight the reason you want to see two officers fry. Those "witnesses" were probably Hinson's buddies that were egging him on to hit someone... what do you personally have against the Police Miss Deiro?

Still poor reporting...are you even capable of being fair? The answer is clearly no....

Stop trying to build a career on the backs of those that protect you while you sleep.

First of all everyone that was invovled in throwing punches or hitting with objects should be arrested does not matter if they are cops or the sheriff himself. If you do the crime you pay the time. As police officers they are suppose to be examples to the community. What do you call that an example??? To beat someone to a bloody pulp?? This is called examples someone your suppose to respect and look up to. No this is police officers who give the name POLICE OFFICER a bad name.
