Two males have been arrested after being linked to multiple burglaries which occurred at the Robert Mini Storage Lot earlier this week.

On July 8, it was reported that the storage facility was burglarized and over 60 units appeared to be compromised. TPSO Detectives immediately arrived at the scene and began an investigation.

On July 9, detectives were able to identify two possible suspects through the recovery of several stolen firearms.

Bradley A. Williams, 22, of Tickfaw and Anthony F. Rogers, 25, of Hammond, were identified as the suspects and warrants were issued for their arrest.

On Wednesday July 10, TPSO detectives and detectives with the LSP, worked together in an attempt to locate the suspects and execute the arrest warrants.

At approximately, 2:00 p.m. that same day, detectives observed the two subjects traveling in a blue pick-up truck. They pulled over the truck and detained the two men for questioning.

During the interviews, detectives obtained enough information to link these subjects to a residence in Shadow Creek Subdivision in Hammond. At approximately 4:30 p.m., a search warrant was obtained. While at the residence, detectives located a large amount of stolen property, some of which was positively identified as being stolen from the Robert Mini Storage Facility.

Both Rogers and Williams were charged with 67 counts of Burglary and 4 counts of Possession of Stolen Firearms. Rogers was additionally charged with 4 counts of a Convicted Felon Being in Possession of a Firearm.

Additional charges and arrest are believed to be forthcoming as the investigation progresses.
