Professional pill pushers busted in Livingston

The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested a group of people yesterday in possession of more than 1700 Oxycodone pills and more than $6,000 in U.S. currency.

When questioned one of those arrested told deputies that “neither one has a job, besides selling oxycodone pills.”

Robert R. Ringo, 50 of Livingston, La., was charged with one count of Possession With Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS (827 Individual Unit Doses of 30 mg Oxycodone were found on his person), one count of Possession With Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS (585 Individual Unit Doses of 15 mg Oxycodone were found on his person), one count of Distribution of Schedule II (Oxycodone), one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule V CDS (Soma), one count of Possession of Schedule III CDS (Suboxone), one count of Illegal Use of CDS in the presence of Persons under the age of 17.

He is currently being held in the Livingston Parish Detention Center in lieu of a $260,500.00 bond. Agents also seized nearly $6,000.00 in US currency that was found on his person.

Victoria Berthelot, 28, of Livingston, La., was charged with two counts of Possession With Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS (15 mg and 30 mg Oxycodone), one count Possession With Intent to Distribute Schedule V CDS (Soma), one count Possession of Schedule III CDS (Suboxone), one count Illegal Use of CDS in the presence of Persons Under the age of 17

She remains in the Livingston Parish Detention Center in lieu of a $560,500.00 bond.

Kristen M. Juliao, 21, of Denham Springs, La was charged with one count Possession With Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS (Oxycodone), one count Possession With Intent to Distribute Schedule IV CDS (Xanax), one count Possession With Intent to Distribute Schedule V CDS (Soma), one count Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, one count of Theft.

She remains in the Livingston Parish Detention Center in lieu of a $151,000.00 bond.

Timothy J. Methvien, 27, of Livingston was charged with one count of Possession of Schedule II CDS (Roxycontin), one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, one count of Outstanding Traffic Violations,

He remains in the Livingston Parish Detention Center in lieu of a $10,960.50 bond.

Michael T. Perkins, Jr., 26, of Denham Springs was charged with one count of Possession With Intent to Distribute Schedule II CDS (Oxycodone),

He remains in the Livingston Parish Detention Center in lieu of a $50,000.00 bond.

Additional arrests are likely as Agents continue to investigate this case.
