I am his wife and none of you kknow what your talking about!!

And did it ever cross your mind he could of had SOMEONE with him when pulled over? Guess they should of shot an innocent bystander too.

Oh and sean I hope you never get picked for jury duty!

I will have you know that he is a big hearted person who thought his mother was hurt. He reacted on emotion. Not logic but he is a very loyal friend and has been trying very hard to become a better man but keeps getting a raw deal because of his sorted past. You need to know the full story before judging that just goes to show we are no longer a nation of innocent until proven guilty More like guilty until you prove your innocence!

i am actually a friend of his. please dont judge a book by its cover. he is a good person with a bad past. he was getting on the right track and got off track after loosing his "baby" sister a few months ago. we all have our sins, so dont judge ones sins just because they are different from your own. instead why dont you pray for ALL parties involed.

I have one question WHY WAS HE TAKEN ALIVE? He does not deserve a trial date and wasting taxpayers money to defend him in court.

I can't help but think that he will face an additional charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
