DENHAM SPRINGS, LA (NBC33) — Detectives with the Denham Springs Police Department are searching for a suspect who committed multiple thefts immediately following Hurricane Isaac.

Officials say the suspect was caught on camera as he allegedly committed a theft at a Denham Springs residence.

The suspect is described as a white male, muscular build, with short brown hair, side burns, and tattoos. At the time of the theft he was wearing a muscle shirt with no sleeves, shorts, and a white beret cap. He has a large star shaped tattoo on his right shoulder and a large cross tattoo on his right shoulder.

The suspect was seen driving a dark colored Chevrolet Z71 pickup.
