BATON ROUGE, LA (NBC33) — A man was found shot to death on a Baton Rouge street late last night, Wednesday, Aug. 8.

The Baton Rouge Police Department reports that the incident occurred just before 11:00 p.m. on Rittleman Street. When they arrived to the scene they found Derrick Alexander, 35, in the roadway suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Police have not yet identified a motive or a suspect.
