BATON ROUGE, LA — Baton Rouge Police is attempting to identify the suspect in this photo who is accused of punching a victim in the chest and taking an iPhone on Sept. 27, 2011. This incident occurred in the parking lot of Ann's Grocery, 2004 Plank Rd around 9:17 p.m.
