UPDATE: Curtis Howard, 18, was arrested this afternoon and charged with First-Degree Murder for the shooting death of Rayjaun Martin, 20.

ORIGINAL - Police have identified two suspects in connection to the shooting death of a 20-year-old man during a robbery attempt.

The Baton Rouge Police Department has issued warrants for the arrest of Curtis Howard, Jr., 18, and Brian Julius Nero, 22.

Investigators believe the two men shot and killed Rayjaun Martin on Wednesday, Sept. 4. It happened in the 10000 block of Big Bend shortly before 11:00 p.m.

They believe the motive for the robbery was drug-related.
