One adult and two kids arrested in attempted shooting of BRPD Officer

BATON ROUGE, La. (NBC33) — Baton Rouge Police say a 15-year-old fired the gun at police officer Tuesday morning. They also arrested 25-year-old Abraham Washington and a 14-year-old. All three are charged with attempted first degree murder of a police officer, and simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling.
The juveniles are booked into the Juvenile Detention Center. Washington was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Jail.
Information and evidence at the scene led to the arrests. Police say all three suspects worked together to commit the crimes including burglary and stealing a car from Van Buren Street.
