North LA man charged with 5 counts of indecent behavior with juveniles
Winn Parish (NBC33) — Louisiana State Police arrested Scott Hebert, 39, of Winnfield, LA, on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, for five counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile.
The Miller County Sheriff’s Office in Arkansas notified LSP on March 20, about Hebert having contacted several children on social media.
Hebert allegedly sent the juveniles pornographic pictures of himself, and coerced one child into producing child pornography.
According to officials, the children were 10 to 12-years-old.
LSP made contact with Hebert through an undercover operation. During the investigation, Hebert sent pornographic images to the police, thinking he was contacting a young girl.
Officers then issued an arrest warrant and search warrant.
Hebert was booked into the Winn Parish Jail and charged with five counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile. He was also booked as a fugitive from Arkansas.
