No headlights lands man in jail on drugs & weapons charges

THIBODAUX, La (NBC33) — Thibodaux Chief of Police Scott Silverii announced the arrest of Labron Lee (B/M, 20, 317 North 13th Street in Thibodaux) for Possession of MDMA, Possession With Intent To Distribute Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Illegal Carrying of Weapons, Flight From An Officer, No Headlights, and No Driver’s License.
Around 8:27 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 15, Lee fled in his Buick Century when Police tried stopping him at North Canal Boulevard and Rienzi Extension because his headlights were not on. The vehicle pursuit ended in front of Lebron’s residence, and he was quickly taken into custody.
Being alerted by the smell of marijuana, Police searched Lebron’s vehicle; locating MDMA, marijuana, a loaded stockless 12 gauge shotgun with an ammo belt, and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.
Lebron Lee was transported to the Lafourche Parish Detention Center, where he was released after posting his $20,350 bond.
