Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — Frederic G. Dimarco, 53,  was arrested while conducting an undercover narcotics operation.

Agents arrested Dimarco after he sold over 500 controlled prescription tablets to an undercover agent for over a one month period.

Dimarco was charged with Distribution of Schedule II Narcotics, Distribution of a Legend Drug without a prescription (2 counts), Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in a Drug Free Zone (2 counts), Resisting an Officer and Monies Derived from Drug Transactions.
