St. Mary Parish, La (NBC33) — A St. Mary Parish Deputy was called to a Game Stop parking lot in New Iberia in reference to a vehicle stuck in the ditch.

When the deputy arrived, the suspect's vehicle was located stuck in a ditch. The deputy found Zachary Lechevalier, 23, and learned that he was attempting to pass through the ditch with vehicle when he got stuck.

Lechevalier was arrested for Criminal Trespass. He was issued a summons to appear in court on September 12, 2012.
