Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — The case of a man accused of killing his own grandfather was back in court today in Baton Rouge.

Dustin Musso is going to trial for First Degree Murder for allegedly killing his grandfather in 2009.

Musso's lawyer turned over 1,700 pages of evidence to the prosecution.

Defense attorney Nelvil Hollingsworth tells NBC33 news he's filed two motions to suppress a statement given by Musso to a police officer.

Those motions will be heard in district court on September 26.
