Tim's Wholesale is where The Baton Rouge City Police say they seized half a million dollars worth of fake marijuana. It sells tobacco products, but apparently store owners didn't get the memo carrying synthetic marijuana is illegal in Louisiana.

Tim Tran was arrested at his business, and on top of that.. Police say two illegal immigrants, who were working for him are also in custody.

Of the products seized was one called White Rabbit. Just an hour before the bust at Tim’s Warehouse, one of our reporters was able to purchase that product at a local gas station located on Tiger Bend. Police say this product is the same thing, just with a new label.

"We try to get all of the illegal substances off the street that we can including marijuana or synthetic marijuana that mimic the effects of marijuana," Sgt. Don Stone, Baton Rouge Police Department, warned.

This is outrageos! I will see to it that Bobby Jindal and Rick Perry both get brought up on charges of intrastate racketeering and Title 15 Anti Trust Laws, Monopolizing the trade a felony! I have never seen such a brazen shot at the Federal Treasury in all of my life! These rogue Governors are just defining synthetic marijauna for the entire world but hey hey look at the fiscal instrument for Louisaina concerning this bill!! A felony is a felony but let there be no doubt this one I bring against Bobby Jindal is Federal! Steve Spell II and my youtube videos illustrate this in "trial like" fashion seen here;

Will Tim's wholesale still remain open?
