St. Mary Parish, La — A deputy was patrolling the Charenton area, when they conducted a traffic stop on suspect riding his bike into the oncoming lane of traffic.

When the officer approached the suspect, he was observed throwing a plastic bag to the ground, which had marijuana in it.

Kerdern Martin, 25, was charged with Traffic Laws Apply to Persons Riding Bicycles and Possession of Marijuana.
