Man shot on public bus in Dallas

NBC NEWS — One person has been shot after someone pulled a gun and started shooting on a Dart bus in Dallas Wednesday morning.
Police said one passenger was shot by another passenger at about 11 a.m. before the gunman jumped off the bus and took off running.
According to investigators, the gunman ran into an apartment complex near Bonnie View Road and Ledbetter Drive.
Investigators believe the two passengers knew each other. There were five to six passengers on the bus at the time of the shooting; none of them other than the victim reported any injuries.
The victim, who was shot in the leg, was transported to Baylor Medical Center in Dallas.
Dallas and Dart police are investigating.
In April, Dart suspended nighttime service along part of Route 405 near Bonnie View and Ledbetter due to violence in the area directed at Dart buses.
