Baton Rouge, La (NBC33) — Narcotics detectives have pulled over a pound of marijuana off the streets of Baton Rouge.

East Baton Rouge detectives arrested Marcus Bell, 35, after they searched his home on King James.

NBC33 was told they picked up over a pound of marijuana, some lortabs, cocaine, and other drugs.

Bell is in the parish prison tonight facing multiple charges.
