Terrebonne Parish, La — On March 13, Terrebonne Parish detectives began an investigation in reference to carnal knowledge of a juvenile.

Detectives then began the investigation the allegations of the 16-year-old female being involved in a sexual relationship with a Justin Michael Domangue, 20.

On March 16, detectives found Domangue at his residence. He admitted to having sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old juvenile within a few days prior to this date.

Domangue was charged with carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
