A 24-year-old man was arrested for having a sexual relationship with a teen girl. This is not the first time he’s been arrested for the same charge.

According to the arrest report, the Baton Rouge Police Department executed a warrant at the home of Albert Harris III, 24, on Thursday, Sept. 26. The warrant was for five counts of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile.

“The [juvenile] stated that between March and July 2013 she had a consensual sexual intercourse with [Harris] approximately 5 times at [his] residence.”

Harris was arrested and booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison. His bond was set at $25,000.

Harris was arrested in November 2012 after he participated in another inappropriate relationship with a teen girl. In that case, the 16-year-old girl became pregnant. Police learned about the relationship while he was in custody for an unrelated charge.

My question would be WHY IS HE ON THE STREETS TO BEGIN WITH. is he some kin to a kind judge or did he pay the right amout to that judge, he should have been behind bars to begin with and this would not have happened again. Good thing I am not the father or I would have taken matters into my own hands the first time and there would never have been a second time for him. This is whats wrong with the legal system today to much weakness to sentence due to friendship or other things like money
