VERNON PARISH, LA (NBC33) — A 64-year-old man from Leesville was arrested for a second time for Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile.

An investigation into William E. “Bill” Reynolds began after a report was filed with the Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office on March 29, 2012. The complaintant alleged that Reynolds had inappropriate sexual contact with a 10 year old girl.

Reynolds fled but was located in Vernon Parish on April 3 and at that time he booked into the Vernon Parish Jail on one count of Molestation of a Juvenile and one count of Sexual Battery with a bond of $ 25,000.00.

Reynolds was again arrested the following day on April 4 and charged additionally with two counts of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile and one count of Obscenity.

These charges resulted when investigators learned that inappropriate behavior is alleged to have occurred with two additional 7 year old females and an adult female.

A bond of $ 75,000.00 was set on the April 4 charges. The total bond is $ 100,000.00.

Reynolds remains in the Vernon Parish Jail at this time.
