LSU Police seeking battery suspect

BATON ROUGE, LA — LSU Police are asking for the public’s assistance in an ongoing investigation. On Monday, Oct. 3, LSU Police received a report of a simple battery that occurred outside Peabody hall on the LSU Campus.
The victim advised officers that he was walking on the south side of Peabody Hall at about 11:40 p.m. when an unknown suspect struck him in the face, and fled the scene. The victim was unable to provide a description of the suspect or the suspects last know direction of travel. Officers were unable to locate any suspects in the area. Victim received minor injuries.
