Livingston Parish fugitive arrested
AMITE, LA. (NBC33) — Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards reports that on Friday September 11, 2011, at approximately 12:15 AM, deputies arrested a man who is a fugitive of Livingston Parish.
While investigating the man, Louis Perry of Hammond, Perry became uncooperative and agitated. During the time of the investigation, Perry remained uncooperative and refused to identify himself. As a result, Perry was arrested and charged with driving without a license, no insurance and for being a fugitive of Livingston Parish (Open Warrants).
